Satelles’ HR & Payroll services include:
- handling administrative issues related to staff employment;
- payroll and fiscal settlements, determination of other contributions related to salaries and wages;
- handling all issues related to mandatory agreements, contracts for specific tasks, and other forms of staff employment (managerial contracts, etc.)
- counselling services on tax burdens, social insurance contributions and other tasks associated with staff employment;
- comprehensive services for foreigners working in Poland.
The costs of providing payroll services (except for counselling services) are settled in lump sum form (fee / person), which enables transparent cost determination even in case of fluctuations in the employment record, and may be therefore classified as variable costs.
